Secretariat Brainstorming

Committee Leaders:
CFC : Jefferson & Jennifer
SFC : Errol & Sandy
- First Planning Meeting is on Saturday March 11
- Planning Meeting will be every 2nd Saturday of the Month up in LA
- We will receive information from other committees (such as Marketing, Promotions, Registration, Workshop etc) that need to be sent out officially to all the other chapters nationally.
- Until there are ACC's setup for each Chapter or Region, information sent from the Secretariat will go to the Mission Core Group
- Mission Core Group consists of the 6 CFC Coordinators who are in charger of their Regions and they will disburse the information to their respective leaders
- Then once ACC's distribution list has been created, all official communication sent from the Secretariat will go the ACC's to distribute to their respective areas.
Possible but may need to clarify
- Then depending on need, such as with registration, if Registration sees that only certain Areas have minimal registrants, we can send a templated reminder to that area.
- Also when payments have not been received on time and Registration committee needs assistance, our team will help follow up with the registered user.
Workflow
- Receive Information from the other committees via SFCconference2017@gmail.com (or similar address)
- Committee will use standard template that will be used with the SFC Logo
- E-mail to the MCG or ACC distribution list will be used (BCC) from SFCconference2017@gmail.com
Next Action Items:
- Create SFCconference2017@gmail.com
- Alert the Conference planning Leaders (Kuya Ricky & Sister Ana from OC) to distribute to the other Committees of the new Email address.
- Contact Kuya Perry for the MCG list and create Distribution List in Gmail
- Create Official Template to be used.
